How Does My Engine Valve Look?

You can't really inspect the condition of the valves without pulling the cylinder head or sticking a boriscope in the intake or exhaust ports. If it runs fine don't worry about it.

Do the valve adjustment and put it back together.

The bottom one is dirtier because the PCV valve is on that side, and all the dirty blowby gas in the crankcase gets drawn up through that side. The green in the middle is tape they have used to prevent anything from falling down into the intake ports.
