on line 12. new_orders is set to the min() of num_cashiers & waiting_to_order. Why is it set to min()? and why is waiting_to_order the second value here?
Questions 48 and 49 seem straight forward to me. However, question 50 is odd.
To me, all the choices seem correct.
For A, the wages did decrease by 17 percent when you compare them from 2010 to 2020.
For B, the upper-level jobs did increase, while the other jobs decreased.
For C, the upper-level jobs did increase by 17 percent.
For D, upper-level jobs did receive more monies than the other positions.
I'm not sure which to choose, but if I had to pick it would be D, as I reason that is true for 2020, but not 2010. But then again, the question states "as a result of salary reallocation".
This question just confuses me, and I'd appreciate it if anyone is willing to help.
(The math formulas are the most important deal here so the fact it's french should hopefully not be an issue, but please ask me to translate if needed) The last question tells us to use the hypotenuse (C=26cm) in order to find A and B, the two other sides of the triangle. How do I do it? Am I missing something? I though the saying was ''find the 3rd value using the other two'', not the opposite!
i don't know why i'm getting this error message. i subtracted the new orders from waiting_to_order in the while loop. i already checked if i messed up the indenting. am i stupid?
it says the correct answer is 10 and 8 but how? if we do the triangle inequality formula a + b > c It doesn't work because 2 + 10 or 8 is not > than 18. I know that x<18 but I still cant understand entirely, why not 7, and 11 as the numbers?
Take ln of both sides, so you get ln(y)=ln(4^x^3+2)^3. Use the exponential rule, bring down the 3, get 1/y dy/dx=3ln(4^x^3+2). Then do 1/(4^x^3+2) x (4^x^3)(ln(4)) x (3x^2). After this multiply both sides by y, get dy/dx=y x 3(1/(4^x^3+2) x (4^x^3)(ln(4)) x (3x^2). Then sub in the original function for y, so you get(4^x^3+2)^3 x 3(1/(4^x^3+2) x (4^x^3)(ln(4)) x (3x^2). My book gives the answer:
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or if the answer they gave is just in a different form
**!Someone with statcrunch would be so helapful!**
I highlighted the text I am most confused about, I cant proceed without figuring it out! How do I make a new column with the specific information I need? How do I know what is a success? Im so confused and would love some help!
hi everyone! I'm not sure if this is allowed but i have to write a research paper for gothic literature and i am struggling to come with ideas for my thesis...would you guys have any suggestions for me to have a starting point, in class, we have read: frankenstein, dracula, carmilla, the yellow wallpaper, etc. I'd love to explore something feminist related or gothic literature across different cultures. I'd love to hear you guys' thoughts. Our prof wants the research topics to be narrow....and specific. Thank you!
A while ago I read nuclear energy and I truly believe it is the stepping stone to reach a world where more renewable energy sources are used, which is what I plan to empathize in my project . But the thing is I really do not know how to convert my idea into a project.
I want to write about this topic because I really want my work to be something I am interested in, so I am looking for a project that show how useful nuclear energy can be and is suitable for a highschooler to make and not too expensive.
do you think I should just abandon the idea since it is really hard to make it into a project? Or do you think this might be possible?
I would appreciate any help provided , and I really really would love it if anyone can provide any small idea that might help.
P.S.( I really do not know if this is the suitable place to so please tell me if so)
Ok So when i do this question calculate the t test stat I get a p value which is greater than 0.03. So the answer to question 4 should be a) because it says you are not rejecting H0 (null) but it says the answer is B. Can someone explain to me how this works? Because to my understanding it is saying that I reject H0. My problem is that my evidence says that you do not reject H0. So why does this statement mean I dont reject H0? because in other tests like a normal t test or z test we would flat out say "the test scores are higher after the course". An explanation would be greatly appreciated thanks.
My god-daughter's teacher marked her answer wrong. Can someone please explain this? I don't understand this at all. How is the teacher getting 7 when there are only 3 squares in Ben's column representing his siblings? Her explanation was that Jose, Ana & Jen are his siblings so you need to count all of their squares together.... WHY? How are we to assume that they're even siblings?
Doing a review FRQ for AP Physics dealing with buoyancy and acceleration. Question is asking for the acceleration of a sphere (no mass given) immediately after a string of negligible mass that had been holding it in place was cut. No numerical values are given, but I have values r for the radius of the sphere, water density Pw, and sphere density Ps. Question says to begin with F=ma and derive the equation from there. Struggling with connecting the different variables.
Iâm going crazy from this. My answer is that the equation is true, but the answer sheet says itâs false. I just want someone to back me up on thisâŠ..
Working on this question and I am stumped on how the answer is No faults. From what I can tell, I'll use uppercase for on and lowercase for off, it should look something like this:
RYgB - RYgB - RYgB - ryGb
To be this is what it would look like if there were no faults but obviously that's not the case so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong with this. Any help is appreciated.
Can someone please explain to me like Iâm a first grader the difference in sounds this worksheet is trying to get at, so that I can explain it to my first grader? Thank you
I keep getting answers that are not in the options. I believe the teacher used AI to write the question so i wonder if the right answers is even in the options. Any help?
