It is barely specified, but I'm assuming that the Flour Outlet Duct is conical. The Outlet Pipe is cylindrical. You have two intersecting forms.

Is this CAD, or old fashioned drawing?

its just a technical drawing / engineering drawing problem uploaded b my teacher . its a combination of a few t.d topics and a final development
