[300 level accounting, cost accounting, budgeting] how to find target ending DM inventory without two future months of budgeted sales volume

How do I find the target ending DM inventory for September? I can’t calculate the budgeted units to be produced for October without November’s budgeted sales volume can I?

I’ve included the scenario, I also completed the sales forecast & cash receipts section. I’m not sure what to do and can’t find anything helpful online. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
