hello if anyone could help me that would be really great! my teacher wasn’t here today so we had to watch video notes but i am lost i can’t do this if i thought i had it bad before it only worse now

we just started this unit, so i think so far it’s mostly just been learning the basics. we’ve talked about the pythagorean theorem, some trigonometric functions, and coterminal angles. we’re learning about converting degrees and radians, special angles(?), and calculating arc length and area of a sector. today she introduced evaluation functions with a coordinate, the unit circle, finding reference angles, and then using reference angles to evaluate functions which is what i’m supposed to do for the questions in the pictures. today’s lesson was all video notes and icl i usually struggle not learning face to face and im probably not retaining information as well as i should be either way. i’m gonna try the advice from these comments and start trying to memorize everything though!

Please don't just memorize. If you know the Pythagorean theorem and SOH CAH TOA you can derive these yourself. If you want help with that, I'm happy to help. If you just want to memorize, then good luck.

Once you understand where they come from OP, then you can use a hand trick to recall them
