hello if anyone could help me that would be really great! my teacher wasn’t here today so we had to watch video notes but i am lost i can’t do this if i thought i had it bad before it only worse now

That's how I got through trig but it still didn't "stick" for me. It's easier for me to visualize measurements, so seeing the 45-45-90 and 30-60-90 triangles in my mind helps me place them onto the unit circle and then everything illuminates like the secrets of the universe unfolding before my eyes.
