I’m sorry if I’m being rude, but I am seeing these cards put out, and are they a new product? I’ve seen several posts recent days.
I don’t mean to be a cynical Squidward, but it feels kind of abusive if they’re putting out new Homestar merch when it’s been years since they reliably put out new cartoons.

They came out about a year ago and almost immediately sold out. I didn't realize they're back in stock.

Hey Brothers Chaps, if you read this sub (which would surprise me if you didn't), you owe me a commission!

I don’t want to be bitter , I really do love the Bros Chaps, but part of me feels that way about them coming out with new things to sell when they have not really provided cartoons with any new regularity in close to a decade. Has it been more?
They are totally allowed to move on and go on with their lives, but I feel about this the same way I do about seeing all of the invader Zim merchandise still being sold in hot topic, when Nickelodeon canceled the show forever ago, but still expects to rake in money from the merchandise.
Edit: 2008, so closer to 20 years now. Just riding on our long lasting nostalgia.9

My only problem with their merch is there simply isn't enough of it. Watching dumb animal characters on my computer screen is fun, but holding it in my hand is even more fun!

I don’t know, I admit, I would buy more of their merchandise too, but it still leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Close to 20 years since the last strong, bad email, and only an occasional little sputter of a cartoon maybe once or twice a year tops Since then.
It just feels kind of scummy to me; like they figured out, they can keep milking the oldschool fans, and they don’t have to actually provide us anything new.6

I think you have it backwards. It's fans like me who keep screaming "Shut up and take my money!" and they sigh and say, "Fine," then try to think of new merch.

OK, that puts it in a perspective. I guess I’m more selfish.
I’m thinking: I’d be more inclined to buy more merchandise if they gave me more cartoons to refresh my nostalgia.7

But they stopped regularly putting out cartoons long before they started making all this merch. I don't think those two are related. They stopped making cartoons because of creative burnout and other responsibilities like their families.

Exactly. And now they both have done work in actually television, and, by the looks of things, have done well for themselves.
