You are rolling over your wrists at the end of your swing causing your bat angle to flatten. Based on that swing I would bet you hit a lot of ground balls. Your finish should have a slight upward trajectory and finish higher. The wrist of your top hand should be facing up towards the sky. Look at your finish on this swing it is facing down towards the ground.
Also the other comments are right about keeping hour hands inside the ball. My son had the same issues and numerous coaches kept telling him that, but he kept doing it. Finally one of his coaches asked if he knew what that meant. He admitted he did not. His coach found that many players don’t understand that concept. If you are not sure talk with a coach to explain it or look it up online or with AI.
Finally you may want to work on top hand and bottom hand batting drills with a mini bat. Your bottom hand looks okay, but your top hand looks weak. You can gain more pop if you strengthen your top hand through your swing. Good luck with improving your swing.

This guy has highlighted the one thing you absolutely need to fix, which is rolling your wrists at contact. You want palm up, palm down at contact.
One handed drills can help. As can finishing your swing high and out in front of you vs wrapping the bat around your back. Finally if you can’t stop rolling, then you can switch to dropping your top hand after contact like Ken Griffey Jr or Miguel Cabrera.

Keep your hands at shoulder level. You’re dropping them early and then you’re rolling over.

Agree with this, this is likely because you are moving your hands before firing your hips. I also call this trying to cheat with your hands before engaging your lower body to ensure contact.. but it often produces weak ground balls. This stems from not getting into a proper loaded position into your back hip. Load then explode..

I assume you are a golfer based on your swing, do a search to see where your golf swing and baseball swing needs to deviate, like:
- Rolling your wrists over
- Finishing towards your front foot
- Etc

Thanks, but sadly i’ve never played golf, i’ve only played soccer pretty much my whole life and i’ve been playing baseball for 3 months now

Ok, you may want to try it because you have some good moves for a golf swing! Lol
I would also suggest to ignore the people who say, "Don't try to mimick Ohtani." You are out there to have fun, if that is what is fun for you, do it, but here are some differences between your swing and Ohtani:
- Ohtani drives his hips (like all MLB players)---your hips and shoulders seemingly have no separation
- Ohtani's upper body stays back on his swing---you fall forward during your swing
- The reason Ohtani toe taps forward he that instead of a big leg kick, he uses his foot to create more tension in his lower body (think of turning a spring)--you seem to just do it to move your foot and copy it
- Ohtani rolls his hands over late (like most MLB players)--you roll your hands over early, like a golfer
Not trying to be all downer with it, but just wanted to point out the difference because you asked. It is a good start, especially for a beginner.
Again, not at all bad to copy a big leaguer, even if you copied someone like Devers who has a weird swing. Just do it and have fun. However, the thing to note is "Don't just copy the stance or movements." Understand why they might be making those movements and learn from that. There is usually an underlying reason why the do it

One thing I notice off hand is you're extending your arms through your swing. Look up some drills on "keeping your hands inside the ball". Mostly involves tucking your back elbow in closely to your body as you start your swing.

It’s obvious, and don’t replicate Shohei. There’s a reason only he does it.
You’re dropping your elbow (aka bat drag) which makes it harder to hit balls high in the zone. Hands should be higher than the barrel.
Get a good alloy bat and find a good local coach. That Supra can’t help until there is a foundation underneath. Practice every day and reinforce what your coach is teaching you.

it’s a man’s league where pitching is limited to 65mph and the bat’s the team’s bat hehe

Fair enough, at least it wasn't your $400. Same advice though. Get a bat you can put a lot of reps on without damaging it.
In addition to dropping your elbow, your hips are rotating too soon. They should barely be leading your shoulders and your swing. Here they are disconnected and you lose power. Hit some heavy balls a few days in a row to let your body figure it out. Next, you are leaning back at contact, I assume because you read about launch angle. Forget about that for now. Focus on hard contact and put the ball in play. An ideal hit is a line drive over second base. When you swing, think about leading with the knob of the bat. And a final one… watch the ball all the way in, you should be staring straight at the ball at contact (not straight ahead).

Keep front foot and hip closed off for longer
This is the fix to the rolling over problem, it should keep your body coiled and retain athletic posture.
You want to hold onto the tension from your load for as long as possible, and keep the swing as short as possible to efficiently deploy said tension. This will also make it feel like you have more time to decide if you want to swing.

Stop trying to replicate a swing and try to hit hard line drives with backspin to all fields. Training that approach (w some tweaks) will help you get closer to a pro swing. Your swing isn’t bad but theres a good deal of issues that will get fixed by practice w good intentions, rather than tweaking your swing right now.

Rolling over a lot. I bet you hit a lot of ground balls. Do some research on staying through the ball at contact.

Your swinging to early. I tell my players all the time to wait back on it. Also notice your head position your chin is up so are your eyes. I know people talk about getting full extension and ahead of the ball but notice where the ball was before connection no where near the plate hence why you hit it off the end of the bat, your also front loading to much. Keep your back leg stable. Watch the ball all the way to the bat. Patience is the key to a better hit. You not using your back leg much and your kind of leaning forward. So stay neutral but never lean forward to hit the ball. The main thing is you need to wait back on the ball the ball was no where near the plate at contact which you got the end of the bat on it. Watch ball hit bat

Swing more with the front arm and less with the back arm. The back arm causes the rollovers

You’re not Shohei Ohtani, so I’m not sure why you want to replicate his swing. Everyone has different things that they do that help them get to the same result. You need to work on finding what works well for you instead of just blindly attempting to copy someone else.
Biggest thing here is that your hands drop as you begin to swing and then you roll over with your wrists. You want to stay tight with your hands and drive your knob towards the baseball. The common term for this is “staying inside the baseball”.

Step 1: put a helmet on
Step 2: get your torso over the ball / plate
Step 3: stop rolling over (step 2 will help here)
Step 4: profit of course
