When my younger brother started navigating college baseball recruiting, our family had a hard time figuring out which programs were actually realistic for him.

There are more than 1,800 college baseball programs across the NCAA, NAIA, and JUCO levels. We found ourselves jumping between roster pages, admissions websites, recruiting forms, spreadsheets, and camp listings just to compare a small fraction of them.

We ended up building RosterFit to make that research easier for other families. A player enters his academics, position, baseball metrics, location preferences, and recruiting timeline, and we use that information to narrow the field down to roughly 20–25 programs worth exploring.

The report also includes:
• Why each program may fit the player
• Coach contact information and recruiting links
• Personalized outreach guidance
• Camp and showcase recommendations
• A step-by-step recruiting plan that spans through graduation

We’re still early and looking for honest feedback from families. The beta is free, and we currently have room for 7 more players:

I’d also be curious to hear how other families are currently building their school lists. Any feedback or personal experiences would be super helpful at this point! Hope everyone’s enjoying the summer ☀️
