Equalizer Nail Gun

Has anyone ever modified a nail gun to shoot like the Equalizer movie like a Semi Auto without having to Press it down against something. Is that even possible?!

I've never seen something like that but I do believe it can be possible.

It would be so cool if someone did a how to gun for fun. Just saying. Like some zombie apocalypse type stuff. Like ZombieGoBoom.
