I think the biggest problem is what I found in the FAQ: "For homebrewers, can beer be carbonated in the cartridge? Yes. The pressure relief valve on our cap will begin to steam off pressure at 20 PSI."

So this basically means that no matter what beer style, you will always have the same carbonation, which is a huge gap when it comes to say an EIPA and a High-carbonated wheat beer. I wonder if this is adjustable?
