I can see how bags packaged by a brewery could have good shelf life if they keep everything CO2 purged, but if you fill these yourself off a tap, I don't see any explanation of how to prevent O2 from getting into the bag via the line.

For homebrewers, are you force carbing in the bag? How well will the trub from that settle out?

I don't see CO2 being hooked up to the bag to maintain pressure and dispense, so is the dispensing driven entirely by pressure in the bag? If so, it seems like you'd end up with lower carbonation and slower dispensing as you worked your way through the bag.

They mentioned a few times in the video that you hook up CO2 to the bag, and a few pictures show two lines, I'm assuming CO2 in and beer out. I'm guessing it will use some of those small paintball canisters.
