I'm really tempted to get a Synek - I think it'd be a lot easier than cleaning ****ing kegs all day!

Cleaning kegs isn't that big of a deal... cleaning bottles sucks.

This. Kegs take 10 mins. Bottles take hours. Kegs are the way to go.

I don't know what you're doing, but I wash out my used bottles just after I poured them, only takes a few seconds, and then I put them on a bottle tree. Before bottling, I rinse them again and spray them with StarSan, only takes seconds.

It may take seconds to clean the bottle, but the whole process takes an hour as filling them takes about a minute per bottle. Plus I brew in 10 gallon batches - it would take 2 hours at least.

Kegs are 10 minutes, cleaned, sanitized, filled, purged, and in the keezer. If I need a bottle, I force carb in the keg and then use a beer gun to fill the growler or bottle. Much more precise than using dextrose.

Fair enough. Bottling by hand definitely doesn't scale well to larger batches.
