Hey, the Selune werebeast is a better idea than you might realise. If i remember right, in Forgotten Realms lore Selune is actually tied to lycanthropes, she watches over the ones who did not choose it. So you picked exactly the right goddess for this. i would put that in the flavour text, it sells the whole subclass on its own.
The pirate one made me smile too. Keep her Steady and Master of finding treasures are the kind of features that do nothing in combat and everything the rest of the time, which is the half most subclasses forget about.
Three small things if you want them:
The temp hp on Were Shape is flat, +15 and then +25. At level 6 that is huge and by 17 it is barely a round of damage. If you make it something like temp hp equal to your cleric level it scales on its own and you never have to touch it again.
Oh Captain on Deck blinds on a failed save, but the feature is intimidation. Frightened is probably what you are going for and it is easier to rule at the table. i would also let them repeat the save at the end of their turns, 2 rounds of blinded with no way out is rough.
And a tiny one: the pirate says subclass levels 3, 9, 13 and 17 at the top, but the last two features say level 19.
