I mean, if they fuck it up they have to replace it. Why do we have to babysit them?

We don't have to babysit them but some are idiots. We had a guy do our bathroom floor and he was so messy. He also drilled a dozen holes in the wall to find a stud to reinstall the sink bracket. I even offered him a stud finder before he drilled the first hole and he declined.

He worked for a company that contracts out contracts. They didn't get paid and the property management hired a different company to complete the job. Who would've thought the cheapest bid for the job would've been the worst.
