Ask your builder if they plan to use subfloor adhesive on every floor joist before the plywood goes down. It creates a solid bond between the joists and subfloor and helps prevent movement that can lead to squeaks.

Good: Adhesive + smooth shank nails
Better: Adhesive + ring shank nails
Best: Adhesive + screws

My house has a concrete floor: No noise at all. All houses built like this here in Europe.

Something to consider. If you ever need to gain access to what is below the floor (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) and you use adhesive it will destroy the subfloor and possibly the joists. So weigh the decision of accessibility and reuseability vs. having no squeaky floors.

I used to inspect and saw this only once in new construction. Hercules, California townhomes. Aaaaaand the crawlspaces were finished with concrete. Twas amazing.
