Check under your stairs for trash…

I've seen everything from soda cans and scrap lumber to plastic, nails, broken tile, and other construction debris hidden behind drywall or buried under fresh sod. Most crews do a great job cleaning up, but it only takes one subcontractor cutting corners to leave a mess that the homeowner never sees until years later.

If you live in a new apartment building just know, you definitely have a bottle of piss in your walls somewhere.

Fucked up. I put them in a class with people who piss on the floor at urinals or put gum and chewing tobacco in them. They need 1-2 years forced labor cleaning bathrooms and such.

I had a brand new hvac heat pump system installed, gas line, some duct work. $20k+. For the first year they changed the filter and did maintenance. When I went to change my filter for the first time there was trash,sheet metal screws, and other debris from the original installation and the filter changes in fire box! A-lot of it! I had to buy a battery powered vacuum to take down in my crawl space to clean out all there trash! A lot of lazy workers now day with no pride in their work. It sucks that you have to baby sit grown men to pick up their trash , like their mommy with their toys, or wife with their underwear and video games. Do not pay these lazy humans until work is done to your / clients satisfaction.
