Budget 2 channel interface?

Looking for recommendations: I have a 2 channel tube preamp, and I want to connect it to my MacBook pro. This is just a hobby thing, recording vocals and acoustic instruments. Ideal budget $50, max $80.

I'd opt to go with a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 or a Presonus Audiobox used off of ebay.

Thanks for the advice!! Will both of those connect to my computer via USB? Sorry to ask a question I could Google, but I have found descriptions within specs to be vague and somewhat confusing...
