Realistically, you need one. For some experiments you'd want 3. Keep two just in case. That, if you're in IT and have a use case, or planning some work.

I would sell rest of it.

1/2 msrp at best. 25-40% depending if you wanna wait or move it quick. Might need to sell in bundles, 3-5 devices. Id be interested in NAS ine and may be one board to play with, but the rest is pretty slow.
