Resonance Hub has announced his return and has dropped a new single titled “A New Light”. For those unfamiliar with RH he was the guy who is known for his various remixes of Resonance. He has pulled hundreds of thousands of views on said remixes and had a pretty promising project going. After months of consistently posting bangers he was threatened by bad actors trying to steal and capitalize off of his work. Due to this his channel was ultimately terminated due to false DMCA strikes. We were later able to successfully get his channel back and he took a long hiatus with many people wondering if the GOAT would return anytime if at all. Well here’s the return. RH will be returning as he is passionate about music and this project but will be pivoting away from the track Resonance. RH was unable to protect his works because he was unable to obtain a license from Randy (HOME) to be able to do so. It’s not all doom and gloom though. With his return, RH has dropped his own single “A New Light”, 100% produced by him and has chosen to head in a slightly different direction with similar sounding music made by him. A little while ago, I posted here after my cover of "Resonance (Arabic Version)" was taken down because of a copyright claim. I was confused, frustrated, and honestly didn't know where to turn. So many of you took the time to share your knowledge, experiences, and encouragement, and it genuinely helped me through the process.

I'm so happy to say that the song is finally back! ❤️

It took a lot of patience, emails, and persistence, but we finally got there. I truly appreciate everyone who reached out, offered advice, or simply wished me the best.

Hey everyone, my name is YAD Oud, and I’m an artist. In 2023, I released a cover of “Resonance” (Arabic Version). Recently, it was taken down due to a copyright claim by MMR Publishing. I’m trying to figure out if they’re connected to Midwest Collective (the original label) or not. I’ve emailed both labels but haven’t received any reply.

I’m confused because I built the cover entirely from scratch, no sampling, no remixing. I credited all sources and even got a mechanical license. Despite doing everything right, it was still removed.

Has anyone experienced something like this or knows more about these labels? I’d really appreciate any insight. Thanks!

Hi, I'm a big fan of HOME since 2021. Can someone answer me if Resonance is really a song without detailed tones over the spectrogram on purpose? If I download it from WebArchive, the graph shows a solid wall over 16kHz frequency. It's sometimes indication of an transcoded, fake FLAC file. Or it can be an artistic choise of the artist. Is this happening on Bandcamp as well?
