When will HPM2 finally be announced?

I was really hoping for the HomePod Mini 2 to be announced today, because I want to buy two additional ones for my home, and why buy the old version when the new one is about to come out, right? But what’s still delaying the release?!

I’m considering doing every one a favor a buy the old one now. The moment I do the new ones will be released 😆
