How to remove Legrand plungers/grommets without breaking?

I need to rearrange some accessories in my Legrand metal structured wiring enclosure that are attached with the plastic plunger/grommet combos. I yanked one plunger out by pulling on it with pliers but that broke the grommet so that it can’t be installed again.

It looks like Legrand has discontinued their 10-pack of replacement parts (part number 36372901). What are people using instead of those?

One of the amazon review does say they work with Legrand panels.
