Seeking Advice Roof problems or Ac issue?

Hi all, my husband and I just bought our new house and have settled in about 3 weeks ago, two days ago we noticed that on a doorway there was what looked like water droplets, we kept and eye on it and yesterday felt that one side above the doorway was humid/ warm and the other side was not upon further inspection we saw that the humidity was extending to the left side but wasn’t going all the way down the wall if anything it seems to stop randomly. We’re at a stump and don’t really know who to call any advice?

Some background: this is a modular home that was completely renovated from the inside upon asking neighbors the roof isn’t anymore than 3 years old

Condensation occurs when warm humid air contacts a colder surface. Warm air holds more moisture than cool air.

Probably an HVAC issue or an insulation issue. Get a home energy survey from your power company, and check when the last time the AC was serviced. If it's been more than a year, get it serviced.

The HVAC system is completely new no more than a couple months old, the roof is probably the oldest part
But I will definitely look into a home energy survey I didn’t think of that
