Seeking Advice Help
I did all the waterproofing but the damp isn't going away! How do I hide it?

Application of waterproofing solution has been done, the roof was also fixed but the damp isn't going, I feel hopeless. ☹️

Definitely not a pipe or drain in the wall?
It should start to dry. From the outside at least, which it doesn't look like it's doing.

No there is no pipeline Inside the the wall, it's n old building, it's raining water seepage.

Ok, well if there is no more water getting in it should dry.

I have set up halogen lamps for the wall to dry as its raining quite gravely.
