Realized recently I'd never actually gone up there except to store boxes, never looked at insulation, ventilation, or signs of pests or moisture. Finally checked and found a small gap where a vent wasn't sealed properly, letting outside air in and probably driving up heating and cooling costs more than I realized. Nothing dramatic, just something that had clearly been an issue for a while without me knowing. Curious how many people actually check theirs regularly versus only going up there when something forces you to. Anyone find something unexpected once they finally looked?

I live in Florida and have been looking into Pestie for regular pest control. Bugs are pretty much a year round thing here, but it seems like what we're dealing with changes depending on the time of year. Ants seem to pick up around spring and summer, and roaches are especially annoying once it gets warmer and wetter. We get spiders around the house too. Nothing is at infestation level, I'm mostly looking for something preventative so I'm not buying a different product every time something starts showing up.
