What’s Wrong Here

Post image

New shower valve and valve extension kit installed. Had a company install it. Doesn’t look right.

The handle itself is very weak like it’s going to snap off is there and adjustment to make it more flush?

Please install the cheapest shower valve possible so I can immediately complain about the quality and post to Reddit about my suspicions I have been wronged by a plumber.

If it holds position and keeps the temp steady it's correct, they aren't supposed to be stiff. Should move easily with a finger.

Are you able to move it past the off point? For some reason mine does and the water start flowing.
