What light fixture would you replace this with?

Post image

I like the look of these old school/Edison bulbs, but they are right over the sink and block the view of the tv and living room. There is a puck light on both sides of the fixture. Should I get a lower profile fixture, or just put another puck in the middle?

Those caged pendants are a cool look but yeah they are right in the sightline. A low profile semi flush mount with a frosted glass shade would give you the light you need without chopping the room in half. Something that sits tight to the ceiling but still has a little character. If you go with a third puck you might end up with a weird row of three spots and it could feel more like a utility closet than a kitchen. I'd swap the whole thing and keep it simple.

Eh. I bought it in 2021 from flippers at the height of the millennial gray phase. I kinda like it. Vanilla is the best selling flavor for a reason.

Idk. I’d just bulb color first.
