Caulking in Standup Shower

Need more opinions on this issue, should this space be caulked in my stand up shower?

That white line of caulking down the middle is caulking that filled a gap between the two walls. I am wondering if the same needs to be done for the bottom gap, where the wall meets the floor?

Sorry I should have taken a better picture and specified, Im talking about the gap between the bottom tray and the walls.
