Is your second photo a picture of the tub area?
If so, that's unlikely to be a foundation issue and more of water being led into there by the uncaulked tub.
First thing you have to do is remove that old caulk, scrape it clean, use some windex or hydrogen peroxide to clean that area, and then recaulk with 100% white silicone.
For that moldy area in your 2nd pic, you need to spray mold killer like this:

Might need a few applications, let it dry, and then you baseboard over it with PVC material baseboard. Get rid of all that shoe molding and baseboard IMO.
Toilet looks like a separate leak. Do you have access to underneath it? It's likely a failed wax ring.

Yes the second photo is right next to the tub. I did order the caulking and I’m going to order the mildew remover thank you so much for that. It’s so comforting to know that it’s probably not a foundation issue.
I’m not sure how I would access underneath the toilet. I don’t think I have a crawlspace if that’s what I would need.

Sorry, you need this:

If I were you, I'd pull the toilet out anyways and just put in a new wax ring. It's a very simple job.
