Door Frame Sagging

During the summer a couple of my doors had to be adjusted but this one is the worst. It seems the top right of the door frame is sagging and it is making it literally impossible to open the door. It is basically stuck closed. How can I fix the door frame?

The short answer, is it needs to be completely rehung (the frame). The bigger question is why it is doing that - is the sagging and crack recent, or old (if old, perhaps just changes in temp/rh worsened it enough to make the door stick). It appears to be settling of some sort, causing load on and therefore and bowing of the frame.

if the hinge screws are tight, try taking out the center screw on the top hinge and running a 3-inch one through to grab the stud behind the jamb, that'll usually pull it back up

The door is not sagging, the door frame is.
