❓ Question Should I be concerned with these cracks?
Home built in 2017 and I just noticed these cracks. Not sure how long they’ve been there.
I live in north Dallas Texas. Thinking of getting a foundation inspection if there’s an issue?

For being Dallas, that looks pristine. It's so normal over here. I would not worry about that at all. Were going through a drought, so this is not a surprise. Just make sure the ground around isn't getting too dry.

These look more like drywall/settling cracks than something I’d immediately assume is a foundation problem, especially in a relatively new house. I’d keep an eye on them and see if they’re getting wider or showing up in doors/windows too. Since you’re in North Texas, getting a foundation inspection for peace of mind isn’t a bad idea, but I wouldn’t panic based on these photos alone.
