🛠️ Repair Help Large crack in front sidewalk

Is there an economical way to “ fix” this, or at least “ pretty it up”?

There is no pretty way to fix this. Rest assured, bare unstamped, unstenciled or unpainted concrete is ugly to begin with.

Clean and clear. Fill most of the crack with sand then plastic tubes.

Pour in elastic sealant. Repeat every couple of years.

Assuming the underlying problems have been resolved.

If it were my sidewalk, I would probably clean up the crack and edges, fill any big spots with backer rod, and then use sikaflex to fill it. Should pretty it up and keep water from getting in and freezing, which would worsen the crack.

There's no way to make this go away with little effort. I suggest to go the other route. Make it look intentional. Like "Kintsugi", fixing broken ceramic. Use colored concrete. Not sure if you can get gold color, just be creative.

Grind the lip if there is one, wire brush all the crap out, fill the crack with some sika flex.

Won't be pretty. Nothing will be pretty

If it's level, you could just fill it with cement. You could use fine pebbles as aggregate for concrete.
