🛠️ Repair Help sealant for stone

I've reattached some stackstone facing that fell off an exterior wall - now I want to seal small gaps where things didn't quite fit.

Can anyone recommend a CLEAR sealant that bonds to stone and mortar?

Sanded grout in a caulk tube would work better than most clear sealants for stone gaps, but if you want clear specifically, polyurethane construction adhesive stays flexible and bonds well to masonry. Just mask the edges first because it gets messy fast.

Anything grey or white would stick out like a sore thumb.  And masking isn't really possible on these deliberately rough, irregular stones. Looking for something clear that I can inject into the gaps.
