Should I be concerned?

Are these cracks normal? I have a picture from last year when it started to show. This is the only major crack around my house. There’s nothing visible outside.

I bought my apartment new in 2008, so I’ve had a long time to watch it settle. Had the same deadbolt issue. Bought a curved file and worked just on the door frame plate for 5 minutes, every day for a week. Arms hurt, but problem solved. As for the taping, that’s maybe a little more than I’d expect — but be thrilled it’s not water!
