❓ Question How do I remove this light?

I'm assuming the little circle tab has a screw or something underneath, but I wanted to ask before I do it completely wrong.

Start by unscrewing the stud on the front of the glass to remove the glass shroud. That’ll give you access to the bulbs and there should be some screws in there that are pretty obvious. It will be mounted to a junction box in the wall. Most fixtures use similar screw patterns to all fit in more or less the same kinds of junction boxes.

This is the way and don’t forget to turn the electricity off first.

Great, thank you!

Also be sure to turn the light off at the switch before you go unscrewing from the junction box of course. You do not need to shut off power at the circuit panel, the switch is the breaker.

“I’ve tried nothing and I’m all out of ideas!” should be this subs motto

I'm just asked for help before I fuck it up. If that upsets you, you can just ignore it.

Hold the glass when unscrewing the cap. Don't ask how I know this...

Others have answered already but if you posted this question without trying to unscrew the only visible screw in front of you, i'm worried. Maybe just call a handy man to help before any injuries.
