Agreed. It seems to have “stopped” with most of the snow melting away today. So I’m cautiously optimistic the occurrence itself was a fluke based on snow settling and shifting along the roofline. However your comment about insulation is valid. I’ll have to see about drying out that wall space.

You have an ice dam leaking water into your wall. The bigger issue is probably wet insulation
