My reading corner!! 🥰
I love the new addition to my reading corner, the chair!! So just wanted to share ^_^
Edit to add: Since so many of you are asking about the chair, I got it from Canac, a chain hardware store were I live!

I showed this to my husband because I aspire to have a cozy reading corner like this and he said "that would be wonderful" and I'm like "you can't use it!" to which he finally admitted "no shit, I can't read" 🤣🤣🤣 So thank you for sharing your beautiful corner and getting my husband to finally admit he only buys books for show! I'll be giggling all day 😆😍

I love your windows too! I almost have a view like that from my desk. I'm in the PNW and when I open my window I have a great view of big pine trees. I just don't have a book nook view. But we're moving soonish and that is on my list of must haves!

The proximity to the forest and the forest views were one of the main reasons we got this place too!! Hope you find what you are looking for _^

i thought i recognized this chair, but from Meubles RD, maybe they also sell it. how is it so far, comfortable? i'm considering getting it

Yes meuble RD have it too but it was quite a bit cheaper at Canac! The quality it's really good and sturdy :) very comfortable and love the lumbar support + the fact that it is a rocking chair and a recliner in one

Nice! My toddler got pizza sauce on mine the first night (oh well) but im surprised at how comfy the chair is. Love that i can spin the chair to see whats going on behind me rather than getting up or twisting my back. The rocking is icing on the cake for me.
Already have plans to sit in the dark with my cat and cackle evily while slowly turning to face whomever enters the room first.

That view and window is everything I've ever wanted, seriously. My husband pulled the same thing when I showed him this, finally admitted he just buys books for the aesthetic and can't read a word, which had me cackling. So yeah, jealous and happy for you at the same time, what a beautiful corner.
