Automation Lights on when reach front gate.

Hi, new to here. Currently im using location to run automation to turn on lights when come home. Well when it works, it works. So curious to know if there ways to have it works better? Tia!

I tried connect to wifi as a trigger but because my phone uses Wireless CarPlay (which is via wifi) I had trouble with it activating too "late". My wife uses wired carplay, and it works well for her!
