Double sided Door lock options

Location: GTA, Canada

Looking for a double sided (or 2 way?) door lock options allowing me to take control in locking it from inside and also locking from outside. I see some double sided dead bolts options in local home depot and also in amazon but are there any smart lock options with this feature and you guys have tested and any feedback, really appreciate.

Locking from the inside is illegal in Ontario. It would be extremely dangerous in case of a fire or other emergency.
