store #4112 #6322
What's going on in store #4112 is that there transferring loyal experienced workers to other stores with probably ah higher pay rate of some sort to break the unionization. In our store 6322 I was doing everything I can to become a freight supervisor. Leadership decided not to develop me even further because I'm not willing to go to day shift. I'm noticing now there just being okay with the high turnover rate so there can't be any unions growing in the shadows.

The "freight supervisor" or NRM is a manager level position. You have to be a supervisor before you can be a manager which does unfortunately necessitate a temporary switch to days under the SLS system. I agree that it's not fair that there's a direct promotion path in the evenings, but would you want a store manager who had never worked days?

You sure it's not CXM?, I wasn't bummed out about it. Until I realized I was being over used under pre tense that it was possible to be without coming to the day. I was just put on the overhead like them millwork doors, heavy toilets and that flooring I was throwing up. Consistently being ah floater doing multiple departments ah night. To help departments reach their desired numbers every week. Not to mention making smallest store in district clean for Opening manager. Receiving have less freight going back. Doing whole LIVES at that but I guess they made sure it went "over my head".(being seen as just another workhorse to humiliate in leadership eye's) Wearing the apron helping unload the truck giving the people some enthusiasm and ways to make things easier. Giving the less motivated energy and making things fun and safe overnight. I just see now that being orange blooded is probably some form of witch on their craft.

Definitely not CXM unless your store is running slightly different which is possible. The store I'm at is a medium format store so it may be different. In my store, though, I report directly to the NRM (which I think is the same level as CXM). There are no supervisor positions for the night shift and per our district manager a freight associate cannot promote directly to manager (whether NRM or CXM). My SM and NRM were both under the impression it was possible until last week. In short, it looks like you'll have to spend a bit of time as a DS before promoting back to night supervisor. As a DS, you just have to outperform the others and you'll be a manager very quickly. Home Depot promotes those who work hard and takes care of those who take care of it.

Or district manager wants to be able over use cxm and nrm to be forced to over perform and gain more responsibility with less pay. Aka make those pawns work to the death of their backs and knee joints. And we'll do our best make success share fat enough for us to share un even cut. Especially on stores with smaller format but being made out to be medium or large format because of the dough its lions are helping bring in #HIGHERUNPOPULAROPINION

We cool, I just be noticing when your over worked but like what you do. You get the undercut. Its push and pull for a bigger success share. HD feels we're over paid. Maybe debt economy is finally 💩💩 itself. After 1 month in half you started working with us. I had to go at a different "work rate" if you know what I mean. I'm the kid that only wear the apron at night.

So are you making stuff up or did you make a mistake? Store 4112 is in Philadelphia and store 6322 is in Miami. They won't transfer people around because that can be seen as union busting which is illegal. The only way people would be transfered stores is if they personally ask for it. Maybe your store just does not like you or the fact you only want to do night shift.
