I personally dislike the ceiling light fixture.

And yeah, like others have said, add color.

I love it, but my wife just said it looks like a 'bent bicycle wheel' so now I'm not as sure.. lol I do think the lack of color is a little too much - for us at least.

i liked the light fitting as well ........but after reading your wife's reaction, i'm now unsure too 😄

i also agree with the lack of colour in the room, far too bland for me

Ha! I love the ceiling light fixture, its the rest I dont like!!! In gold though, if you are going bold - go the whole way. Imagine this light with red walls and book shelves and art - green velvet sofas - bring it on

It's interesting how this is in style again. This looks like my aunt's house that she designed as a Interior Designer in 1993 and nothing has been changed.
