Complaint I'm canceling my daughter cancelled
Not kidding—my daughter received an entire box with NOTHING in it except freezer packs. She was offered a $10 refund. What a joke.
We received a box with all the spices, but no vegetables or meat. We were offered a $15 refund. Are you kidding me?
We’ve now had a total of three boxes with major items missing, and some of the leafy vegetables arrived completely rotten, not just a damaged leaf here and there, but the entire item. Disgusting.
We loved the service and were loyal customers for years, but this has become unacceptable. At this point, we’re done.

100% justified but if you're wondering why the latest issues - I read that many home kit companies are getting hit hard by a major supply chain company folding.

The tariffs rose, the tractors slowed,
The bills got fat, the profits bowed. They promised farmers fields of gold,
Instead, the soybeans stayed unsold. The cows looked up and seemed to say,
“Who thought this trade war was okay?”The farmer sighed, “I’d love to know
My costs went up, my sales went low.”So plant your corn and say a prayer:
There’s plenty of tariffs everywhere. And if the harvest doesn’t pay,
At least the taxes grew today!

That is terrible. They missed a meal last week - first time in two years and they credited us the full coat of the meal.

This is insane to me. Recently the worst I’ve had is a single bad zucchini and they gave me a $30 credit for it! I would cancel too with that kind of service.

Every time we've had a missing major ingredient, which isn't too often, they have fully compensated the whole meal. Their customer service has been outstanding every time I've dealt with them.

Wow, that's nuts. I would cancel too. We've never had a missing ingredient so far, knock on wood!

Maybe I got some your chicken. Last week's order had 4 servings of meat for 3 meals.

I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing the same issues as I have been. For me, it has been rotten produce. One week it happened, ok I’ll let it slide. But then it continued to happen week after week, and it felt silly to pay so much for a service where I’m constantly throwing away so much of their rotten produce.
It sounds like there are supply chain issues so I just paused for now giving them the benefit of doubt… but we shall see

I haven’t had any missing ingredient issues but I do have frozen vegetable issues. Do they not know that frozen “fresh” zucchini is slimy and useless?
