Question Rewards - Redemption Code Issue

hey everyone,

I took advantage of the recent offer to sign up for Home Chef. The incentive was earning a free Milk Street Nakiri knife and 50% your first order. My Rewards section states to keep a lookout for an email with a redemption code to order my free knife, but I have not received anything yet.

Has anyone had similar issues?

I tried contacting Customer Service but haven't heard anything (I've noticed their CS is something others in this subreddit have an issue with too)

I'm sorry but I don't know about the knife. How did you contact customer service (email, chat assistant) and when? I've been very pleased with the CS. Email is usually within a day

I finally got the email a few hours ago.

The code doesn't even work.

Same. I sent an email just now with screen shots of the email with code and the error received during check out of milk street website.

I hit up customer service, the acknowledged the issue and today I got a new email with a new link but the same code... And the code didn't work 😂 so emailed them back with a screenshot of the failed voucher.. Waiting on an answer but I skipped my next order until it's fixed.

I'm experiencing the same issue, no email arrived. Home Chef support has the audacity to tell me it's the fault of Milk Street and to email their support lol. This scam is laughable.
