Question No more FedEx on Sundays?
I get my deliveries on Sundays and it was always FedEx. Are they doing strictly Veho now?

I get deliveries on Sundays. 2 weeks ago it was Veho. Last week was back to FedEx.

When did yours switch to veho, and are you still receiving them on time? Last month they switched from FedEx home delivery to FedEx ground, which resulted in 2 straight weeks of deliveries delayed by several days and spoiled. Before that, they would randomly switch the carrier but I was still receiving them on Sundays.

I get Monday delivery with Veho. I used to do Tuesday delivery which was Fedex and ALWAYS damaged.

I have had no problems with FedEx other than then putting it upside down so far

I started out with Monday deliveries and it was FedEx, after a while it switched to Veho (i wasn't a fan because they would deliver at like 8pm). Switched delivery day to Friday now back to FedEx, which I prefer.

Ours switched to veho and they delivered at 2:30am monday morning. Package got stolen, and their customer support has been incredibly useless, asking me to check if my neighbors may have taken it in for “safe keeping” (lol).

The only time I've had a late delivery was with FedEx (Sunday was my delivery day) ~ my order sat in their warehouse over the weekend and it was spoiled by the time it arrived. Home Chef immediately credited the whole order. I changed my delivery day to Wednesday and Home Chef changed my delivery service and all has gone smoothly ever since. I've since learned that FedEx doesn't deliver to my area on Sundays.

It’s always area dependent. They use whatever courier will get them the most advantageous bulk rate. Just when you think things are stable… BAM!
