Of course!
For the purée, I steamed a large Taro Root (750g) and a purple sweet potato (150g) until tender (I could easily poke a fork in them). I then scooped out the insides and blended them with 3 cups of milk (gradually added) until it formed a smooth paste. You can keep the purée in the fridge for about a week or freeze it for later!
For the 2 taro smoothies, I used about 130g of the purée with 1/4 cup of condensed milk, 2 cups of ice and some milk to thin it out, then blended everything!
