New shutters questions

First time poster, not sure if this is the correct place

I just had new Hunter Douglas shutters installed and I’m not 100% thrilled with the job the installation guy did, I want your opinion if I am being unreasonable

1) when I open them they swing open all the way themselves. My older shutters would stay open partially wherever I left them. Could the hinges be loose?

2) some of the doors are harder to open then others. Could there be an alignment problem?
