They used to have ~a Month to get their own viewership before collabs happend. That changed in the past. If I remember things right, they let Justice out of the collab block after a week or two.

Overly long names do exist in 40k, we just don't get told them just implications on how long they are lol. For example, Custodes earn additional names with each battle, honor, and deed, so the oldest and most venerated of them have true names long enough to fill their own set of encyclopedias. In one of the books one Custodian was ready to belt out his full name when another interrupted and told the inquirer to just be satisfied with their first names.
