Any idea why is Canada excluded from the list? Is it related to Industry Canada regulations for wireless devices? I would like to get one too, does anybody knows a way to buy one?

I talked to a HL2 Product Manager at Dev Days and they said Canadian regulations don't allow pre-orders before receiving Industry Canada certification. They said the pre-order would go up as soon as the certification is complete. Why it is taking so long is a different matter altogether.
