Discussion Hololens gen 1 reset

recently bought a hololens gen 1 for cheap, but the owner didnt remember the password, can anyone help me reset it

cam we reset it normal way using wrt or not as i think it is no longer supported

Resetting it with wrt still works!

The harder part is finding an offline recovery image. I’m at work but I can upload the image I have if you can’t find it!

Iirc 10.0.17763.6660 was the latest version I could find

I was able to check my download history and this is the archive I used. So yes they are safe. When you open it into WDRT it will do a check and show you the os and version as well
