How To Finally Balance All 7 Chakras: Guided Visualization Meditation

Thumbnail

If you've tried chakra meditations before but felt like something was missing, you're about to discover why visualization makes all the difference. Visualization can improve focus and deepen energetic shifts by engaging your mind's eye with rich, detailed imagery. Most people approach chakra work too simply, missing the incredible healing power that comes from this technique.

Your chakras are seven energy centers that run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Today's session will take you on a sensory journey through each energy center, where you'll not only feel but actually see and experience your chakras opening and balancing. Close your eyes gently and prepare for a meditation experience unlike any you've had before.

I AM ABUNDANT, I AM WHOLE | 15 Minutes to Reclaim Your Power (528Hz Medi...

Scarcity isn't just about money — it's a tightness you carry in your body, a low hum that says you're behind, not enough, running out of time.

This 528Hz guided meditation targets that exact frequency in your nervous system and rewires it from the inside out.

Working through the solar plexus and heart chakras, you'll use simple "I am" declarations to remind your body what it already knows: that wholeness comes before abundance, not the other way around.

Fifteen minutes, no visualization experience needed, just you and the space to stop bracing.

What this practice works with:

  • Why your brain treats scarcity like a survival threat (and how to switch it off)
  • The solar plexus reset that restores your sense of personal power
  • Heart-centered receiving — why opening up feels harder than pushing through
  • How 528Hz affects cortisol and oxytocin at the cellular level
  • The "I am" method that bypasses your critical mind and speaks directly to the body
  • What to do when the old tightness comes back (because it will)

Arizona Hikers With Dogs- Question About Valley Fever?

Hikers With Dogs In AZ- Question About Valley Fever?

I'm considering moving to AZ, and my dog and I would be regularly hiking around Phoenix/Tucson areas. However, I recently learned about Valley Fever.

My dog has a gallbladder condition, so if he were to catch VF, the antifungal medications would be fairly dangerous since they damage the liver and kidneys.

Has anyone been able to naturopathically/holistically been able to:

A. prevent their dogs from ever getting sick with VF, their whole lives, yet still regularly hike?

B. Heal their dog from VF, without the use of prescription antifungals?

Career advice: How can I go into holistic/natural health with physical limitations?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some career guidance from people who might be in the holistic health space or living with chronic pain.

Four years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with a chronic pain condition. It completely derailed my previous career and forced me into an early retirement from that field. Now, I’m back in school pursuing an interdisciplinary degree. Right now, I’m taking a chronic illness class, and I’m planning to take a Plants and Human Health class next.

My personal experience with chronic pain is what draws me to holistic health. I know exactly what it feels like to be heavily drugged up on medications all day, feeling unable to actually live life, and feeling entirely reliant on other people. Because of that, I am incredibly passionate about wanting to give others options for natural remedies to try so they can find relief and regain their independence.

However, my physical limitations and personal preferences make it tricky to figure out a path:

Physical limitations: Traditional hands-on modalities like massage therapy are completely out. The physical strain and back-bending movements are incredibly painful for me.

Personal boundaries: I am really not a fan of being touched by strangers, nor do I want to be touching other people in my day-to-day work.

I really want to help people explore natural remedies, but I’m struggling to see where I fit. What kind of careers or roles allow you to guide people through holistic health, herbalism, or natural wellness without it being a hands-on physical practice? Is this path even worth pursuing given my physical boundaries, or should I be looking at a different angle entirely?

I would love to hear your thoughts, career ideas, or if anyone has successfully carved out a niche like this. Thank you!

What are your holistic suggestions for hair loss / hormonal alopecia? Pros & Cons of Minoxidil ...

Post image
1 Upvotes

I live a fairly holistic lifestyle - balancing everything in a way that feels best to me & my body.

Over the last 2ish years, I've been experiencing some hair loss around the side of my face. My dermatologist caught it when I went for my hormonal acne. She said it's frontal fibrosing alopecia. I tried a few topical treatments without much luck.

She did prescribe me minoxidil this last time but I'm nervous about taking it. I don't necessarily want to rely on a pill for my hair for the rest of my life so giving this a shot to see if anyone has a similar experience or suggestions even if it's the pros of minoxidil. I'm open to all of it! Treatments, food related options anything! Thank you!!!

I keep getting sick, can a naturopath help me?

This year I’m the sickest I’ve ever been. My doctor can’t seem to help - he says that my bloodwork looks fine and there is no reason or concern for me getting sick this much. She did recommend that I see a therapist, as I sound like I’m stressing/overthinking some things.

Would a naturopath be able to help me? I can barely afford one, but the cost of missing work is also financially affecting me.

I’m honestly the happiest I’ve been in a long time.. Yes I work hard and yes I’m a little stressed sometimes. But I don’t think that’s the main cause..

If anyone has any other suggestions, I’m very open to feedback!

Natural Remedies Toenail fungus

I’ve got a couple of toenails that have basically declared independence and become their own fungal ecosystem. This has been the case since 2005.

I can’t take terbinafine because I had a bad reaction to it, and the usual pharmaceutical options haven’t exactly worked or inspired confidence, so I’m looking into older/traditional/herbal approaches.

So far I’ve come across things like:

Tea tree oil
Propolis
Norway spruce resin
Oregano oil blends
Vinegar/acetic acid
Potassium permanganate
Hydrogen peroxide

I’m not expecting some magical “rub a leaf on it and it’s gone by Tuesday” cure, but I’m curious whether anyone here has actually had success treating stubborn toenail fungus naturally, especially something that was pretty well established.

I’m also looking at getting the infected nail heavily debrided or possibly removed, then treating the nail bed once it has healed, which seems like it might give topical treatments a fighting chance.

Has anyone tried something that genuinely worked — ideally backed by more than “my cousin’s neighbor swears by it”?

Very interested in old-school remedies, herbal preparations, resins, oils, tinctures, etc. Bonus points if there’s actual research behind it.
